MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood or Treasure Island. Which is best?

I'm booking a room for Vegas in August and have narrowed it down to these 3 hotels. I have been to Vegas before, but never stayed on the Strip. This time I decided I wanted to stay on the strip, no farther North than Treasure Island (TI) and no farther South than the MGM Grand. If you have experience in these hotels I want to hear from you.
