A ringing noise in my ear with about 10 voices talking at once for about 15 secends?

their is no one in my house its quiet i wasnet listening to anything music nada but its weired they have come and go for atleast since i was 6 (im 14 now) i have sinus infections about 2 every for or so months well as ear pain in my right ear what could this be im freaking out!!
