Seating for Pac man v Moseley boxing match Section 207 Row R.?

Mine are in Section 207 Row R in the MGM Grand Garden Casino. My girlfriend also has tickets in Section 222 (not sure of which row). I am wondering A) which seats are better I paid more for mine but I believe her face value is higher. B) Is section 207 Row R the last row of seating in the upper deck of section 207? I have to sell one set and want to keep the best tickets but cant see getting my money back on the the ones I purchased. thank you!
