Implanation bleeding??? Please help!!?

me and my bf have been ttc for 8 months now with no luck. Im supposed to start my period today but last night when I wiped it was a real light orange color and nothing since then. I been feeling kinda wet today like I bled but nothing. No pink, no more orange nada. So I was wondering could that have been implanation bleeding? Btw my periods are regular and I have been having cramps for a few days but my nipples are sore im tired, and hungry alot. Idk what to think. Answers please.
