Las Vegas Restaurants?

My Fam and I are going to Vegas for my 21st birthday and i'm trying to pick out a good restaurant for us to have dinner for my bday. I like Italian food so I prefer an italian restaurant I found the FiAmma Trattoria located inside the MGM but i'm trying to keep my options open. can anyone tell me any good ones
