Mass effect installation: " A data error occurred", Help?

I have a problem and I don't know how to solve this. Here is the pic if you know anything about this pls help. just don't say try on google cuz I already tried and found nada..... any way nothing I could use to fix my problem.... I can see that is quite a frequent problem but no one seemed to bother giving a solution....
