What is wrong with these people?

My child has never received a card NADA. . the dude has moved around. . has had 2 moer kids he left. . while the Moms were prego. . His whole family is in and outta jail every now and again. . they have never done anything or attempted to locate me. . finally found all of them on facebook and they all turned out to be horrible. . I did all the work,. they claimed all of this stuff all the while lying to me , making up lies, being two faced. . even the father. . just up and stopped calling my child after a couple of weeks because her dad came home for awhile. . NOW he is going BACK to california and I let him text my child. . he acted interested. . then told her he has always loved her. . . then told her he is seeing someone and told me it is not fair to who he is with and what do i expect for him to always be single. . he said he "does not care what those beneath him think say and do. . "talking about his family and THEN he told my child . . when she asked him why he cant put her first he SAID I will tell YOU WHEN YOU AARE OLDER all the while he is texting MAD mean *** I dont care about you **** to ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No sorrys to me no thank you;s to me WTF?????????????????
