Why does she ignore me? Does she really not notice me there?

Hey, I am also a 24 female. Something like that was going on with me and a guy too. Just a curious question, did you ever admit or reveal your feeling toward her? Some girls doesn't like to take initiative. And yes, many girls these days does want to be treated as someone special. I think the shy, flirty, normal personal is just the way she is. I am like that myself. My friends tend to point it out to me because I don't realize it. I guess if you can't handle this type of personality maybe you should consider that other girl you mention for stability. Good Luck,
