Is she ignoring me, is it a bit of social anxiety or am I really just 'not there'?

Okay. She's doesn't know how you feel about her so she's being cautious. She doesn't want to let you know she cares about you b/ca you're being nonchalant and haven't given her any reason to have faith in you. You might just snub her and she doesn't want to feel rejection. If you want this relationship to progress then just be straight forward instead of playing cat and mouse and if she rejects after a bold move then forget about her and move on unless you want to play an endless game of chase.
